About NewGrow
NewGrow commenced operations in 2013, focusing on commercial civil landscaping. With over 50 years combined experience, NewGrow offers a service that will enable our clients to complete projects on budget and on time. Our goal is to provide a solution to our clients’ civil and landscape requirements. With approachable hands on management and skilled staff, we will oversee a project from start to finish ensuring client satisfaction. NewGrow aims to combine experience and expertise with principles of sustainability and enhancement of the natural environment.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
At NewGrow we understand the importance of delivering promises to all stakeholders. NewGrow has developed an integrated management system that complies with ISO9001, ISO14001 and AS/NZ4801.
The IMS has been established and implemented to ensure we apply resources in a productive and cost-effective manner. This is to achieve our stated goals and overall company objectives, as well as exceeding customer satisfaction for individual projects. Implementation of the system helps NewGrow to control business processes and deliver quality projects.
Policies are established by top management to define the objectives, context and strategic direction of the organisation; as well as demonstrating a commitment to satisfy requirements and towards the continual improvement of the IMS.
