About NewGrow
Following on from the success of the Victorian branch NewGrow opened for business in NSW in 2016. With a focus on the soft landscape elements, we provide a quality guaranteed solution for our clients. Our aim as always is to get the job done on time and on budget. Our long list of ongoing clients is a testament to our client focussed service.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
At NewGrow we understand the importance of delivering promises to all stakeholders. NewGrow has developed an integrated management system that complies with ISO9001, ISO14001 and AS/NZ4801.
The IMS has been established and implemented to ensure we apply resources in a productive and cost-effective manner. This is to achieve our stated goals and overall company objectives, as well as exceeding customer satisfaction for individual projects. Implementation of the system helps NewGrow to control business processes and deliver quality projects.
Policies are established by top management to define the objectives, context and strategic direction of the organisation; as well as demonstrating a commitment to satisfy requirements and towards the continual improvement of the IMS.
